Grimco Acquires TubeliteDenco
ST. LOUIS, MO — GRIMCO, a wholesale sign and screen print supply company, announces the acquisition of Florida-base TubeliteDenco. The joining of the two companies will expand the number of locations and product availability for customers of both organizations. TubeliteDenco recently completed the acquisition of Garston Sign Supply, and Grimco will be acquiring all combined 21 locations.

Grimco has admired TubeliteDenco for many years as an industry leader in the electrical sign market,” said Keith Pittillo, CEO of Grimco. “Once we combine their distribution network and product portfolio with ours, we will be able to offer our combined customer base an even better overall experience. TubeliteDenco was formed in 2021 when Tubelite, established in 1925, and Denco, established in 1953, joined forces to create a coast-to-coast sign supply company.
