VENDOR INFO – 2019 CONFERENCE:

For 2019, we will have 1) a Training Area with room for 2 vehicles, and 2) a small conference room for Workshops.

UPDATE 1/29 – VENDOR ASSISTANCE (AT THE SHOW):

Doug Smith will be the Vendor Liaison while at the show – any issues or assistance you need, Doug can help with.

VEHICLE 1:

UPDATE 1/31:  We have confirmed a 2019 Ford F150 Super Crew with a 5′ 6″ bed – color not decided at this time.

We will try to get a new or late model Full Size truck and will use it to build a ‘show truck’. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INSTALL SOMETHING ON THE TRUCK, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS YEAR, MAKE, MODEL SPECIFIC!!

VEHICLE 2:

We will use a rental vehicle for the 2nd vehicle. Likely we will use this vehicle for Training on items that are NOT year, make, model specific, such as Tint, PPF, Wraps, etc.

UPDATE 1/31 – VEHICLE 3:

We will also have a 2019 Ford Escape – exterior color black.

LOCATION & SHIPPING:

Conference will be at the Grimco Showroom in Long Beach, CA. You may ship to: Grimco Showroom / 2386 East Artesia Blvd / Long Beach, CA 90805 / ‘ATTENTION: RI CONFERENCE’.

UPDATE 1/28 – Shipping AFTER the show:

If you have your own FedEx or UPS labels, you can box and leave your items at the conference facilities after the show and Grimco will arrange for them to be picked up.

NUMBER OF VENDORS:

Attendance is limited to 10 Vendors!! Each will receive a table with chairs, electricity, a Training time slot, and a Workshop time slot. Vendors are welcome to stay for the entire 2 days, as well as participate in the Sunday ‘Fun Day’ trip to Catalina. (see RI Website ‘News’ page for details)

SETUP:

UPDATE 1/17:  Setup will be on Thursday, Feb 14, after noon.

AV:

1/29 UPDATE – There will be a TV in the conference room – you will be able to connect to it with a computer via HDMI or Apple TV.

COST:

Registration fee is $600 per Vendor. Vendors may also co-sponsor Lunch or Breaks on Friday or Saturday, in which case we will provide signage and announcements promoting the Vendor as a co-sponsor.
