National Sales Manager
Tim has worked in the restyling industry since 1977 when he started servicing car dealers with pinstripes, moldings, sunroofs, and accessories. He opened a retail store in 1990 and built his own building in 1999 where his staff did truck accessories, window tint, signs, leather, 12 volt, and graphics. Since selling his business in 2007, Tim has managed Restylers International. His duties now include working with RI Recommended Vendors, planning annual conferences, managing the Loyalty Program, and, in general, making sure RI continues to be a valuable asset to both RI Members and Vendors.
Dean owned Auto Trim Design of Fort Collins from 1982 until 2007. In his two locations, he sold auto and truck accessories and window tint and signs. In 2007, he sold a portion of his business to his partner. He currently continues to manage Elegant Effects in Fort Collins, CO, which specializes in commercial window tint. In fall of 2013, Dean began working part time with RI as a customer development consultant. He focuses on contacting RI Members and consulting with them on how to best market various product lines. His many years of experience makes him well qualified to help others benefit from his success and to avoid costly mistakes. He also takes the lead in planning training seminars on behalf of RI and its vendors.
Kim Redden worked for Auto Trim Design of Waco, Texas, for almost 20 years. During those years, she assisted with installations, handled both retail and car dealer sales, and did the ordering and inventory management, as well as bookkeeping. Since starting with RI in 2010, she has become a familiar voice on the phone as she helps RI Members with orders, questions, and issues. She also plays a huge role in preparation for the Restylers International Conference and in keeping things running smoothly at the annual event. She is known and appreciated by RI Members for always going the extra mile to take care of them.
